Whether your awakening happened with a teacher’s guidance or by happy accident, the aftermath can be confusing, scary, and include all sorts of body, mental and emotional symptoms, including the feeling of “I’ve lost my awakening”.

Much of my work is with advanced spiritual practitioners from varied backgrounds, seeking answers to what they are experiencing, and how to work with the fascinating and miraculous process that is now unfolding.
I work with people who want to know what’s happening in them, to them, for them.
I see deeply at the subtle level, and share what is needed to help you understand and navigate the changes. I offer practices if needed (specific to your needs) or simply information to help you prepare. And a space to be heard and validated (no, you’re not crazy).
